It was very easy and quick to dispose of our stuff, and my wife really liked that as much of the junk as possible would be repurposed. We actually passed up an opportunity to have another company just haul the stuff away and trash all of it, for a lower price, because we knew the items would be salvaged.

I had a sofa that could not fit in my living room in my new home. I wanted to avoid it going to the dump but wasn't sure it could be donated either. Junkluggers was an easy and quick way to remove the sofa without jumping through hoops. I love that they try to donate items first. It was very easy to make an appointment online and I was able to schedule for the next business day. They were very professional and all wore masks. They gave me an estimate of cost on site and quickly removed my items. I would definitely use them again if I have large items that need to be removed.

Employees were tantamount professionals: courteous, appointment confirmation via email, on-time arrival, and photos were sent before and after the removal since I couldn't be at the location. On top of this, I greatly appreciate the attempt to donate and recycle; we had a hospital bed that we wanted to find a needful home for.
