This experience was perfection from start to finish! Brian came out to give me an estimate. He completely understood the job & couldn't have been more professional. I received the estimate moments after he left the house. I had very heavy bedroom furniture to move out of a two story townhouse with very tight curves down the steps. When I was ready for the services of Junk Luggers I contacted Brian by e-mail & his response time was just a few minutes. He was able to come on the exact date at the exact time I requested. A few days before my furniture pick up I received a confirmation e-mail. About a half hour before the earliest time in my two hour window I received a call from the driver saying he'd actually be arriving early. When the drivers arrived, they put down blankets on my carpeting & flooring. The movers were Tim, MIke & Xavier. They were friendly, but very professional. They were here about an hour & they got the job done!! No damage to my walls, floor or carpet, all of which was a big concern initially. I would highly recommend the Junk Luggers! At first I thought it was expensive to get rid of old furniture, but now I think it was totally worth it! I would definitely use this service again should the need arise. All companies should adopt Junk Luggers professionalism, friendliness & efficiency!

Excellent prompt service. Very professional. Came to the house to give an estimate, sent email immediately. We set up a day and time. Movers arrived on time. I liked that the young men took time to go over everything with me before they got started and made sure everything was done as.promised.
