The two movers brought down from our second story bedroom a Queen-size box spring and a large bedpost head-board and foot-board and out the front door without any problems. They simply maneuvered the heavy objects down stairs and around corners with no damage to our home. They hauled it all away and at a very reasonable cost.

I appreciated the all-around experience. I initially saw the Junkluggers truck in my alley at a different residence as I was coming home. I stopped and spoke with one of the guys and asked if I could get an estimate at my place further up the alley when they finished. They graciously complied. I got my estimate with instructions on how to further set-up an appointment. They made my appt., followed up several times, and arrived as scheduled. They did an efficient job with the removal and everyone - including me - was on their way. No hesitation on using them again.

Your team performed in a professional manner. You were able to give the customer a price range upfront and the prices are fair. Your team made a tedious task appear easy. They had to lug heavy oak furniture down 18 steps. No one complained. The job was completed quickly and they arrived before the appointed time. I was delighted to speak to a human when I called and did not have to wait for hours for someone to answer the telephone. I did not have to wait for weeks to dispose of the furniture, and the furniture will be used for great cause.
