The whole process was user friendly. I received a call from an associate the day I submitted a reservation to go over their policies and to go over an estimated price, which was extremely helpful. The gentlemen who came to pick up the couch were COVID compliant, very prompt, and careful not to damage anything while working. The payment process was very easy as well.
